Guidance from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) indicates that a Mandatory Vaccine program is not prohibited under federal anti-discrimination laws but must take into consideration potential accommodation requests and legal nuances.
OSHA released the Biden administration's Federal Vaccine Mandate rules for companies with 100 employees or more in early November 2021 and 2 days later it was Halted by the New Orleans Superior Court with 27 other States filing law suits against the Unconstitutional mandate. On Friday November 12th 2021 the 5th U.S Circuit Court of Appeals said the Mandate was "Fatally Flawed" and upheld its "Stay" barring OSHA from enforcing the mandate. Many lawsuits have already been brought forth against companies requiring their employees to be Vaccinated and Many "Walkouts" such as the American Airlines and Southwest Airlines Walkout are happening across the nation, halting business, grounding flights and affecting healthcare.
Employer's must understand AND COMPLY WITH THEIR DUTY TO ACCOMMODATE SINCERELY HELD RELIGEOUS BELIEFS AND DISABILITIES.
Employer's should NOT be treating you DIFFERENTLY from other employees for granting you such an accommodation!
